Responsibilities:

1. Administration: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and documentation.
2. Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone support. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Multilingual Support: Communicate effectively with customers in English and at least one other language (French, Spanish, or Italian).
4. Fashion Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research. Contribute insights and ideas to support business growth.
5. Communication: Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
6. E-commerce Support: Assist with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, including order processing, inventory management, and website maintenance.
7. Startup Mentality: Demonstrate enthusiasm for joining a dynamic and fast-growing startup environment. Embrace challenges and opportunities for growth within the fashion industry.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and either French, Spanish, or Italian (additional languages preferred).
• Strong knowledge or passion for the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in joining a rising startup in the fashion industry.
